Cancellation Rights
We follow the guidelines of the European Directive which is part of the UK Law - The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations of 2000.

You have the right to cancel your order for any reason without stating your reason within 7 days of receipt of the goods this may not apply to software and certain other services such as Domains, ADSL Connections, Leased Lines.

The goods/services must be returned to our trading address (or unused services), and you may have to pay the shipping costs/set-upfees (We will advise you if you have to pay the shipping/set-up fees costs by email and/or in writing).

We will act quickly to process the cancellation and will always issue a refund within the statutory 30 days an within the terms of our Bank Acquirers Agreement for card payments. We will acknowledge your cancellation within 48 hours.

If you have a problem or any other issue in connection with any goods or services provided by us we will:
Ensure that we acknowledge your Customer Care issue with 48 hours of receiving an Email or Telephone call.

Once we have received your Complaint/Concern we will: act with care
ensure confidentially
be fair in our decision
conclude that matter as quickly as possible
Keep you informed of the progress of the issue
Ensure that our procedure is effect by monitoring it and changing it, if improvements can be made
Resolve the issue within 5 working days.
One of our Managers will always review the issue to ensure a Fair response.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent or in connection with your order or customer care issues.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy (Information is always stored in asecure format when on our server or PCs) and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEC (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
